The Unconscious mind: The Hidden Power within

Updated: Jun 1

The unconscious mind is the part of our mental activity that operates below our awareness, managing everything from emotions and memories to habits and bodily functions. It stores all experiences, organizes information, and responds to symbols, repetition, and emotion rather than logic or language. Unlike the conscious mind, it does not process negatives and cannot tell the difference between what is real and imagined, making it highly responsive to visualization and belief. Because it takes everything personally and accepts what we think, say, and feel as truth, we must guide it carefully with clear, positive thoughts and intentional focus on what we truly want.

This is taken from the Imaginations online self study courses.
