Vigdis Parkins has spent more than 40 years exploring the principles of personal growth, mindset, and human potential. Drawing on a diverse international career spanning business, technology, education, and entrepreneurship, she combines practical experience with decades of study in psychology, neuroscience, visualization, and personal development.

Having lived and worked in Norway, the United Kingdom, South Korea, and the United States, Vigdis brings a global perspective to her teaching. She has held leadership and professional roles across multiple industries and founded successful businesses in both education and personal development.

Through her courses, seminars, and workshops, Vigdis helps people transform limiting beliefs, build confidence, and unlock their innate potential. Her practical, encouraging approach empowers participants to create meaningful and lasting change in both their personal and professional lives.

In addition to her work as an educator, Vigdis has been actively involved with the Women's Federation for World Peace (WFWP) for many years, supporting initiatives that promote peace, leadership, and women's empowerment across Europe and the Middle East.
