About

What if your behavior is not who you are? This course is Section I of Module 3: Understanding the Levels of Change Main Learning Outcome After completing these lessons, participants will be able to: Understand the Levels of Change (Neurological Levels) and how change at higher levels influences all lower levels Identify where a problem truly exists (environment, behavior, skills, beliefs, identity, or purpose) to create lasting change Distinguish clearly between behavior and identity, reducing self-judgment and limiting self-beliefs Apply the Levels of Change framework to a personal goal or challenge Gain direct, embodied insight through a guided experiential exercise that demonstrates how change happens in real time Develop greater self-awareness around beliefs, skills, identity, and purpose that influence daily choices and results Content Summary These lessons introduce the Levels of Change (Neurological Levels) as a powerful framework for understanding how real, lasting transformation occurs. The model explains that change operates across interconnected levels—ranging from environment and behavior to beliefs, identity, and purpose—and that change made at a higher level automatically influences everything below it A key theme is that people are not their behavior. The lessons address common confusion between what we do and who we are, highlighting how identity-level judgments can limit growth and self-esteem Rather than remaining theoretical, the content emphasizes direct experience, helping participants feel how awareness at different levels creates clarity, responsibility, and empowerment. The result is a deeper understanding of change as an inside-out process—one that aligns actions, beliefs, identity, and purpose.
