About
Do you follow the way or road which leads to that dream, or are you perhaps heading in a direction that takes you away from the idea? This course is Section F of Module 2: Are Your Goals Really a Goal Main Learning Outcome After completing this section, participants will be able to: Clearly identify what they truly want, rather than recycling vague or habitual goals. Distinguish between a goal (actionable and measurable) and a state (a feeling or condition), and reformulate states into clear goals. Recognize whether their current behavior is moving them toward or away from their vision. Convert “away from” goals (avoiding problems) into empowering “toward” goals (creating desired outcomes). Apply the SMART goal framework using NLP-based clarity questions to ensure goals are specific, meaningful, realistic, and time-bound. Refine and adjust personal goals so they fully meet all SMART criteria. General Content Summary This section guides participants through a structured clarity and goal-alignment process. It begins by addressing why people often repeat the same goals year after year without results, highlighting the common mistake of confusing states (e.g., “be happy,” “feel confident”) with true goals. Participants learn how to reformulate vague intentions into actionable outcomes. Next, the focus shifts to directional alignment—examining whether actions are moving toward a desired vision or merely away from discomfort. The section emphasizes that sustainable change comes from focusing on what one wants to create, not just what one wants to avoid. The final section introduces the NLP-based SMART framework, providing concrete questions that transform intentions into clearly defined, measurable, realistic, and meaningful goals. Participants actively test and refine their goals through guided exercises to ensure real-world impact rather than abstract motivation.
